30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Lucentra subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund", or contact Paddle support from the same page.
  3. Alternatively, contact us via the support channels in the Service and we will help you with the request.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page in Lucentra. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
