Lucentra (the "Service") is provided by NAT-CAT CONSULTING INC. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By continuing to use the Service you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organization you represent.
Lucentra is an AI-assisted companion application for emotional wellbeing, journaling, guided meditations, rituals, and personal reflection. Lucentra does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) sending spam or malicious content; (c) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) interfering with security (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering); (e) attempting to jailbreak the AI to produce harmful, illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; (f) generating deepfakes or impersonating others; (g) using the Service to provide regulated professional advice without appropriate oversight.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You retain ownership of the journals, reflections, voice notes, and other content you create ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use AI outputs, including verifying accuracy and having the rights to any inputs.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification. We may moderate, filter, or remove content and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations of these Terms.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time via your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export or delete your data within a reasonable window; thereafter we may delete it.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NAT-CAT CONSULTING INC. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms: contact NAT-CAT CONSULTING INC. via the support channels listed in the Service. For payment, refund, or invoice questions, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
